The Edible Garnishes team are excited to receive the first batch of results from the Halophyte trial early in the new year. The Southern Cross Plant Science group, based at Southern Cross University, Lismore, continue to research the nutritional content of our bush foods; something we are itching to share with our customers and wider community!
