Stews, marinades, Asian and Indian dishes. Chutneys and ratatouille. Add to apple pies, biscuits and cakes. Great in salads, vegetable and poultry dishes. Many uses.

Aids digestion, reducing wind, stimulates appetite and gastric juice production. High concentration of lutein/zeaxanthin and violaxanthin.
