Basil Thai

Attractive uniform slightly pointed green leaves and light purple stem.

Intense aromatic anise and liquorish. With a hint of peppermint. Stronger taste than other green basils.

Use in Thai, Indian and Italian recipes. Can be added fresh to salads and to garnish hot dishes. Garnish your next Mojito or use it to add flavour to a sorbet. Noodle dishes, soups, stir fries, Thai curries.

Aids digestion. High in vitamins A,B and C and phosphorus, potassium and calcium. Antioxidant properties.
